Welcome Knights and Community,
Nolensville Band is excited to begin year FIVE! Even in these uncertain times, plans are in place to make sure the 2020 – 2021 school year is full of outstanding music. If you are new to the area, or new to Nolensville Band, our mission is:
Nolensville Band exists to realize potential, develop character, and facilitate community through musical excellence. Our vision is to secure a quality experience for all members as they reach the Nolensville community, the state of Tennessee, and ultimately the nation through innovative music performance.
As with any band program that is only 4 years old, the students and parents, continue to work very hard to raise money to purchase much needed equipment, uniforms, instruments and materials. Our fundraising efforts include the Flag Fundraiser Flag Link Here, selling concessions during home footballs games, Band Partnerships Band Partnerships Link as well other events during the year. If you would like more information about any of these fundraisers, or to become a Band Partner, please contact us at NolensvilleBand@gmail.com
We also have an online community called IM WITH THE BAND. It is a place where the extended band family and community can connect and stay in touch with Nolensville Band. It is designed to help foster community between our program and the Town and supporters (far and wide). We will post updates on the Facebook page IWTB FB Link with upcoming concerts, events and updates, as well as send out a newsletter (via email) several times a year. IM WITH THE BAND is a way we can keep you updated in a more complete fashion, but also help you be a part of Nolensville Band’s extended family.
As always, if you have any further questions, or I can be of assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. You can contact me at NolensvilleBandChair@gmail.com
